Excellent location. Friendly staff. Walk to museums and restaurants. Felt very safe in the area. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Booking .com and this hotel screwed up the dates, I even received texts with the correct date but when I got there I was a day late and they could not do anything so we were out a room and no where to go. We were visiting my 92 year old Aunt who was having a birthday and had to deal with this. The company and Booking.com have a great racquet going on. I am out $150

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was nice and had a good room. The location was central Didn't realise it had a pool. We arrived late so didn't use it. It looked like it had a film on it - probably cleaner, but didn't look nice.

I like the location of the hotel. When I visit the Jamestown area I stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good but it wasn't no option for people who do not eat pork.
